Founded in 2011, Pioneer FTM is a community of transgender men and transmasculine individuals committed to advancing human rights and social justice. 

Anchored in the values of solidarity, self-acceptance, mutual respect, and meaningful action, the organization advocates for the recognition of transgender people's rights, identities, and lived experiences. Through human rights education, policy advocacy, leadership development, and direct community support, Pioneer FTM works to build a society where transgender people can live with dignity, equality, and full participation.
